I did an update to Beta version 1.3.93. No effect.

What I did:

- Device Manager

- Select Zwave

- Select Device

- Select Settings icon on the first node

- Goto tab Configuration

- Change a setting (I tried with a couple)

- Click on Save.

- Recheck the specific setting... nothing changed.

- Do synchronisation.. nothing changed.

Hi.

I believe you have to do following.

Click the name of the value you want to change.

-->opens buttons to send, retrieve and cancel.

See screenshot attached.

After the change of the value click send.

It depends device's power profile how the change will be received to device (allways on or battery operated). If battery operated, you have to wake device to receive the new value.

Hi Janne,

Thanks for help. This is a good work around. No idea why the default way is not working, but I'm happy with this!

Thanks a lot!

I've tried turning off the LEDs on the Aeotec multisensors, and it never takes effect. It does seem like something's broken in the way the Zipabox sends configuration changes to devices.

Try Setting parameter number 81 to 1 , then click Send.

After this turn OFF and ON your Aeotec.

Should disable the led indicator.

I tried it but it didn't work....

Did you try retrieve setting from parameter number 81 ?

What shows?

Try another browser.

And

Try send parameter using Custom Configuration in the bottom of settings

If you retrieve the value it's actually set to 2 (which means completely disable the LED)

As I remember you must set it to 1 to completely to disable

It appears that there are two different versions. One has only the values 0 and 1:

The other has values 0, 1 and 2:

I'll try 1 and see what happens.

I can confirm that it doesn't work. It doesn't matter whether you send the value 1 or 2. It doesn't matter whether you turn the device off and on after setting the value. The LED continues working.
