ZipaMicro offline after firmware upgrade

Hi,
My ZipaMicro is offline after performing a firmware upgrade to 1.3.10
I've tried rebooting the ZipaMicro several times, but unfortunately it's not coming back online. The led indicator is turned off. When I reboot the controller, it turns red and blinks for a while and then goes off again. Any idea what I can do to get the controller back online (preferably without losing my configuration).
Any help is much appreciat, thanks.

mine is gone too, sensors are going hay-wire.. so i get a lot of false-positives..
my lights are burning and not able to kill them remotely... genius...
also the delay is BACK!

When you had a fine working ZipaMicro before the upgrade and the ZipaMicro is off-line after the upgrade. Submit a ticket to support, they will guide you trough the process to have your ZipaMicro on-line again.
If the ZipaMicro is online but is not stable. Use another Power Supply then the one that was delivered with the ZipaMicro. The PS should be able to deliver at least 2.0 Ampere. I've used a iPad PowerSupply of 2.4 A and that is working fine.

HelIo, I bought 9 pieces zipamicro for my customers. I have been using them for 6 months and wathing them. It was told by Mario that I had to change the sd card of four of them because the devices didn't work after a while. I've been writing with you for six months. Now I'm having the same problem and you want to change the sd card again. These problems will come back after 6 months. Zipamicro has a chronic problem and certainly does not work properly. I'm approved to replace them with zipamicro, but I want them replaced with a working device. Accept the zipamicros not working. I am already damaged due to battery, sd card and technical support. I cannot pay additional fees for the change with zipabox. My customers complain about this situation and it would be scandal if I ask them for additional fees. I request you to accept this situation and correct it immediately.
