zipamini connects to internet but appears offline

I have two zipamini with this same problem connect them to cable or wireless intenet and the Interfas of zipato appear offline.
I have rebooted and still the problem persists when I connect to a TV by HDMI cable and connect put wifi but the Interfas appears they are offline.
