Zipatile All Ip device lost

Hello,


Today I updated to the latest version, and after that I do not know what I did but I lost all ip devices.


How do I recover the internal Zipatile device?


Do I have to do the factory reset? Or is there another way?


Previously I had problem with thermostat, when I use it by device manager search option, the web control is frozen and I have to logout.
