Zipatile and zipabox duo cluster HELP

I just got the new Zipatile. I have a Zipabox Duo with Zigbee module. I Created a cluster in the web UI with the Zipatile and added the cluster serial on the Zipabox. It says that the Zipabox is added to the cluster. I'm wondering how this is supposed to work. As it is now they act like two boxes and not one. How to I connect to the cluster and not the boxes? No point in having a cluster if I cant have rules between them and so on....
