Is there an officially supported USB-to-Ethernet adapter which works with Zipatile? In tech specs there is written that ethernet is supported with optional adapter. My Edimax which works on other tablets is not recognized by Zipatile. What to use?

Tested the official USB-to-Ethernet adapter and it's ok. The one they sent me does not look like the one on the shop page. It is simple noname device but it works.

zipatile should come with ethernet connectivity as an option anyway i think. especially if you intend to use it as a intercom system for whole buildings.

This is exactly where we want to use Zipatile. Wi-Fi network for more than 100 apartments in a six-storey building is not an option. Zipato doesn't sell the optional adapter they are talking about in the specs. I cannot buy all the available adapters on the market just for test.

My Promate USB3-to-Gigabit adapter seems to be using the same Realtek chipset as your Anker. I've successfully installed the Anker Win10 driver for the Promate and is working fine. So, I guess it's the same thing but mine is not recognized by Zipatile. On any other tablet it works. Is there something to do on the Zipatile settings to enable the ethernet support?

I've got answer from Zipato about an officially supported adapter. It is tested and is available on stock now. I'm waiting for a quotation from the sales department.
