Zipatile ethernet USB Zipato disconnect and shut down

I bought USB ethernet device of zipato (it should be the right device!) to connect zipatile via cable.
it works for some time, after zipatile shuts down and restarts but it is not able any more to reconnect to internet with usb device.
besides, another strange behaviou it happens, a rule that before with wifi connection sent me emails now with usb device connection is not any more able to do it, how is it possible?
does any other have the same strange problems with USB zipato ethernet connection?
is there any way to force the reconnection using rule or scenarios in Zipatile?

Don't have experience with this particular USB adaptor, however adaptors sometime can create problems. I would suggest you to open a ticket on zipato support, include the serial number of your zipatile and see what they say.

Yes, it is Zipato's ethernet adapter, I would probably have bought this if I needed to hardwire my zipatile. However it woulnd't be the first zipato device that doesn't integrate fully to zipato controllers. I have couple zipato sensors that don't work 100% on their system and Zipato support is helping me with that issue, you should contact them too.
