Dear All,


Jeff has confirmed me that his issue has been resolved successfully. The issue occurs because his Zipatile was not configured properly.


The issue is resolved after he has made a reset to factory default settings. It is important to know that this issue would not happen if the first configuration was successful.

I have problem with the camera (I see like device but doesn't show images and It's impossible to open the camera dedicated page). Is the guide that you sent to Jeff a solution?

Can I recive it?

It would be easier for all of us to share the camera settings once for all, so no one need to open a dedicated ticket for this issue anymore.

FYI, I had a customer who had also problems with the zipatile camera after a while. We tried every setting but the solution was found by the customer.

Strangely even if the zipatile is showing full (or nearly full) WiFi signal strenght, the signal may be weak. Customer installed a wifi router to the same room as the zipatile and voila, camera started working and even the synchronization was lot faster.

I'm yet to test it at home (I also have camera issues) and will report back if I found anything.

I haven't found a definetely solution. Sometimes the camera goes offline for a reason that I can't know.

Did you try another wifi routed in the same room as zipatile?
