Zipatile not work after factory reset android.

I see device on my.zipato.com but synchronize not work , I can not command anythink from web app.

Also after choose zipatile (using his serial number) on zipato tablet zipato app is stay in working (circle on roght corner) on many hours but not doing anything.

I can not remove this zipatile from my.zipato.com to make a new registration process. I am stuck in this situation and not know how to solve.

Please help me.

You will get better help from zipato support for this issue. Open a ticket and include the serial number of your device.

I can not login to ticketing page with my user. Also registration does not work. Message is Unable to complete registration! Please contact our support at support@zipato.com

it seems to me that zipatile is connecting somehow to wrong server address. Can you check in your zipatile settings the server URL? it should be https://my.zipato.com/zipato-web/

Try to rewrite this in the zipatile (even if you have the same address) and then restart it. Then in the web ui try to synchronize.

Hello !!


I have a problem with my zipatile !!!


I did it before a master reset of the device and all is well.


Then I have made a reset of the device via the Android feature.


Set the TV plug wifi.


I did download the updates, and so far so good !!


Then I proceeded to do log into myzipato.


All fine and tells me that synchronizes ...... then I get the notification that it takes 20 minutes to have everything in sync ....


I asked the phone number for notifications and here ok.


Then he asks me the location for which I want to have the weather forecast ..... and always comes out the message FAIL !!!


Any city put ..... does not go ahead !!


If I go out requires me to log in and it all starts over again !!!


I am going crazy !!!


If I go through the web myzipato ..... I see the Zipatile ... and virtual devices causes me a device for the cities of the weather !!!


But I see that synchronizes !!


Now throw it out the window and go back to FIBARO !!!

I have same problem enter location after I click Next I got 'fail' message

all was working very good until was an upgrade week ago and then the zipatile stuck

i did a 100 times factory reset and try to connect but the same problem... i wait for support answer

I have same problem as Massari.


After reset of device I can't finish the login.


After login synchronization starts and is completed, then I enter phone number.

On next screen I enter location a after I click Next I got 'fail' message. Everytime. I tried to use different login (new registration), I tried reset device again, but nothings works. Actually the 'fail' is a really 'great message' to user! What fails, what went wrong?!!!

I have a similar issue related to Zipatile device factory reset. I am not able to pass through location setting. Still getting "Failed" error for whatever location I set. Not able to use Zipatile device even after several factory resets. (FW 1.1.39)

I had to return this device back.

Everyone with a similar issue on the firmwares 1.1.38 or 1.1.39, PLEASE open up a support ticket IMMEDIATELY with the subject - ZIPATILE REGISTRATION. You will get the problem resolved in a matter of minutes.

I have the same issue 2 months later! I buy a new product and am unable to register it? No response from support for 8 hours now, useless product this way. Not a good start.

Please assist me in what should be the trouble free start of the customer yourney.

I dont know for sure but will the support be in on Weekends? Otherwise you need to wait until tomorrow or Tuesday...i dont know if tomorrow will be a bank holiday like in Germany.

I've same problem, did factory reset because 2 of Zipato pan-04 switch modules duplicated itself and would not get deleted what ever way I tried. I could even see them after factory reset, then I did Master Reset (and unregister), now after login on to zipatile, I got stuck on the next prompt, after multiple retries, now I'm stuck on phone number, just errors out. If I leave it in between, I get a SETUP INCOMPLETE on the home screen with only two icons/tiles with no alarms nothing.

The problem started with few Zipato Pan-04 modules coming up as philios, zipto support said to go ahead with the installation as they would fix the naming in March firmware. On going ahead, I found 2 modules duplicated under z-wave, and would not get deleted. Struggling to set this up since 3 days, ticket is open since then.

RESET feature should be seamless, all the network & automation devices I've ever known can be reset to factory easily. Also, after few installation, I now tend to hate Zipato branded Philio modules, Qubinos works far superior.

EDIT: btw, I'm on the latest firmware 1.3.13e
