Zipatile reboots
Not a Problem
Hi,
My Zipatile keeps rebooting regularly (every few minutes/hours) without any apparent reason. Is it a known problem? Is there something I can check?

Possible. Also check that your controller has the keep online option in the setting unthicked. This is for ensuring that the controller is online and if the controlled does not have an IP address from the modem (it is lost) it will reboot every 20 minutes to get a new one.

Do you have IPdevices (HUE, Sonos)? I had the same problem last week. Erased them and reloaded FW. After that box was stable again.

ZipaTile will automatically restart every 20 minutes when there is no connection with the cloud. Please try to check is your ZipaTile connected to a network.
You can also disable this option by following further steps:
Zipato application->Main Menu->Settings->Controller settings->check option Keep online.

Indeed, it seems to be the other way around. The Keep Online option was disable before (when it was rebooting continuosly). I enabled the option yesterday, and for the time being it seems that the device hasn't rebooted for the last 12 hours (I will check again during following days)
