Zipatile Screen problem

Sometimes my Zipatile tilts like in the photo. Any suggestion? I have been using it for only 3 days.

Open a support ticket support.zipato.com and if the answer is not solving the issue ask for a replacement to your seller

If you bought this tile from another reseller I would contact them first and ask for warranty replacement. No matter what I would open a ticket on Zipato support, include your serial number and tell them where you bought it, seems like a damaged or defective tile.

@Alejandro - have you been able to address this problem? I had the exact same issue with my ZipaTile and was told to reinstall the firmware, which I am yet to try.

Yes i had the same issue.

Support told me tha's because of the fault ota version installed .

has anuone have reinstall and find a solution for that?

I can imagine firmware reinstall can help.

I had the same problem with two zipatile and they told me that it was firmware problem installed they sent me the firmware but none of them worked.


The solution is to change it.

Ihave one with that problem they told me it's firmware and they send me 4 type i have to try them one by one!.

This is so annoying!


Do you have sometimes the buttons on the right and the left not working from the first press?

Hi, I had the same Problem and it disapeared After some Installations and reboot. It was ok for months. Not yesterday it appears again. May be with the new um release? It was installed today After i lockedvat zipatile. Will Jeep an eye on that. But the Problem Is that there Is no Documentation and announcement. Seams to be a mistake? We will See. Could Control System via devices. Sorry for typo. Too tired to Switch from german...

No, the problem cannot be caused by the new UI.

This change is cosmetic mostly and has no real effect which would cause this issue.

Issues like these were found to be faulty displays which means those Zipatiles had to be sent back for repairs. If anyone here experiences a similar issue, please get in contact with us by opening a ticket so we can inspect each case individually. OTA upgrades are known to solve 95% of these cases, however if it doesn't help you, you will need to send it in for repairs.

Hi vedran;

what is the story of the 6 buttons 3 on the right and 3 on the left that don't work from the first presss. Unless you unlock the screen and then press one of them again to run the scene?

For the back to repair who will pay for delivery fees back and forth!!
