Zipatile smart thermostat

Dear troubleshooters
When i set my smart thermostat that is controlling my boiler f
through the relay n°1 behind the zipatile i cannot keep the "hold for" period it returns directly after few second to the mode program!
I have set the temperature to 21° for hold periode of 30minutes and the current temperature is about 17 °. directlt the boiler start to work and then after even few seconds it turns off and it
doesn't go working for the hold period which is 30 minutes.
IS this problem related to zipatile ?.
or i should set a virtual thermsoat pro instead a normal thermostat??

The relays on zipatile back are out of the box linked to the virtual thermostat existing in the system. If you create another virtual thermostat and want to use the relay, you need to remove the relay from the original virtual thermostat
