Zipatile Standby Problem

Hello, i gut my zipatile a few days ago. After the first start it want to update Android and a few apps. After the update everything looked fine, but after it goes in standby the screen don't show something. You can only see a Black screen with some darker links. Android is working because i can change the loudnes.
The online thing i can Do is too restart!
Firmware Versin: 1.3.13e
Modellnummer: Zpatile-v1.1
Build-Nummer: Zipatile-V1.0.8
The same problem

Hi,
You have wrong OTA version installed on your Zipatile.
Please follow this procedure to install right OTA. After last update your Zipatile version change so I cannot give you exact OTA version.
YOu will need to try with all 4 updates and one of them is correct. (NOTICE: installing wrong OTA will not harm your installation or your device).
THere are 2 ways to install this update:
1. Over SD card (not bigger then 4GB)
- copy this file to your SD card (below are OTA update link).
http://ota.zipato.com/zipatile/ota-v1.0.8-zipatile-v1.3.zip
- change the filename to: update.zip (update.zip should be alone on the SD card or in root of SD card.)
- put the SD card into the ZipaTile
- press the ON/OFF button and press Shut down
- when the ZipaTile shuts down, press Volume down button and hold it until you see the Android logo (green robot)
- that's how you will know that the upgrade started
- after update your ZT will restart
2. If you don't have SD card copy update.zip to local storage.
- press the ON/OFF button and press Shut down
- when the ZipaTile shuts down, press Volume down button and hold it until you see the Android logo.
- you will access recovery mode. Go to install from sdcard -> sdcard -> find update.zip location and run it by click on it.

You have wrong OTA version installed on your Zipatile.

Hallo.
Erst hatte ich Probleme mit dem Bildschirm. Hier wurde schnell geholfen.
Dann fehlten bei der Einrichtung die interen Sensoren. Ich habe mehrfach die Zipatille SN ZTA7E6CE28C6B697F8 zurückgesetzt. Jetzt kann ich micht nicht mehr registrien.

Then missing in the device, the internal sensors. I have repeatedly reset the Zipatille SN ZTA7E6CE28C6B697F8. Now I can not register anymore.
