Zipatile used as intercom+SIP server

Let's say i got 50 other appartments used simply as intercoms (No SIP server on appartment Tile )with 2N or Akuvox ..

Will the system works 100% In term of security Breach?? what if a user from an appartment delete another contact or another user from another appartment since they are all (all the zipatile working as intercom) related and bunded with one main zipatile SIP server(Building Tile SIP)?

I heard about those problems! HAs zipato resolved this issue ?

IS it mandatory for me to install SIP server on all zipatiles appartment for security raisons? This is money lost!! and so much expensive!

what if i want to use the zipatile as home automation system and the building internet connection is lost! how do i configure the tile to authenticate the internet through the wifi router installed in the appartment ?? IS there a way to switch automatically between both networks??

Hi Hani,

You can connect all other ZipaTiles without PRO on one master which will have SIP SERVER (requires PRO), but all other users will be able to see each other (and also they can delete contacts), because at this point there's no restrictions. The recommended setup is to have SIP SERVER on all ZipaTiles and connect them to the master SIP SERVER.

The solution for one master SIP Server will be implemented, and users won't be able to delete contacts, and also security issues will be fixed and improved.

" DO you mean that even if i only have one SIP server (zipatile Building) and other zipatiles in appartment connect to this server without having SIP server on them , the issue of users seeing each other and deleting contact will be resolved?
