Hi... I have the pro version with the SIP server running. I want to make a video call to my zipatile from my android phone. How can I do that?

Alejandro,

Not sure if that feature is available yet, try asking directly to zipato support by openning a ticket on https://support.zipato.com/, include the serial number of your controller.

Just install the Zipato intercom App from the Playstore https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.zipato.android.sip.client and register your phone to the sip Server.

I did that but the app keeps telling me that it was unable to create new device..

I've tested it yesterday. It works fine for me. So I think you have to contact the support.

You got me curious and I got the same issue Alejandro, seems there is a problem with the SIP server in our devices. I will open a ticket on Zipato Support for help.

At the beginning I was having issues with my the SIP Server on my tile failing to connect, so I went into the API and deleted it, created another one and a contact, now is up and running. However I downloaded the intercom app to my phone and I have the same issue as Alejandro, my phone is unable to create new device...

Did you do anything else than downloading the app and openning it?

This is part of the Zipato answer to the ticket: "However, new release of SIP server is in the test process and should be out on the Google Play in two weeks..."

So, Apparently we must wait for that new realease in order to know what is happening...
