Zipatile which firmware and updating firmware.
Hi, i'm new to the Zipato family, got my zipatile a few days ago and i'm verry happy with it.
Added my divices with no problem and reading the forum and helpt me alot with things.
But can not find which Beta firmware is the last, my Zipatile says it's version 1.0.3 but i'm reading about
firmware 1.0.7
I tried to update the zipatile with beta firmware but the screen changes a few times and ended with a black
Zipatile screen with at the bottum of the screen a part of a green line and stays that way nothing happens
and the browser of my.zipato.com says please wait.. and is loading and stays so.
Also tried to downgrade but same story, nothing happen.
Maybe i'm doing something wrong or is 1.0.3 the last firmware, hope someone can explain a bit.

1.0.3 is for the Zipatile and 1.0.7 resp. 1.0.8 is for the Zipabox.

Where did you get this info from? Is there any official repo for that? Why there should be a difference between Zipabox and Zipatile? to my understanding the Zipato SW is the same (same source code), just being compiled on Android.

Zipatile controller software is a superset of Zipabox controller software. From a functional point of view they are identical but Zipatile has extra Android specific code. That's why versions might be different.
