Two of my tiles are offline, both of them in different region, both buildings have stable connection. I have no access to tiles.

Any advice?

I am unable to make any of the actions with it. Even it is not even opening and it is due to the Error code 2000-0151 that has found to have occurred in my device. So how will I send the ticket?
