Zipato Bulb 2 Not Showing Colour Picker on Zipatile

Hi all,
Im adding Ikea bulbs and Zipato 2 RGBW bulbs to my Zipatile. The Ikea bulbs are adding no problem, but the Zipato RGBW bulbs are not adding to the interface as expected.
The Zipato bulbs get added with a colour slider selector under RGB bulb and a Multilevel Actuator under the Light devices.
The Ikea get the level and a nice colour picker all under on device. Why are the zipato devices so unusable from the interface? The colour levels cannot even be changed from the zipatile of mobil application....only the web control center
