Zipato camera Netwoork Setting test fails for WiFi

Need Answer

Question has to do with the setup for the WiFi using the Zipato camera. When in the Network Settings (from when I clicked on OPEN from the General settings of the camera) I provide the info necessary for WiFi. However, when I test the set up it says it fails. I did not download the plug-in - is that my problem? I am reluctant to download unless I am sure this is what has to be done.
