zipato change pin and new user problem

I bought a new zipato box device. I registered a new user and I changed the device owner from test user to the new user that I've just created.

But when I try to arm the alarm, it asks my pin, I try default pin(0000) it does not work, when I try to change pin, it fails.

In addition to this I am trying to add a new member but it fails to save the new user.

I opened a ticket but I haven't received any response yet. It is urgent for me, because I can not arm my alarm. Any help is appriciated.
