Can't add a SECOND CHACON MDT 507 OUTDOOR MOTION SENSOR on Zipato

Hi,
anyone has tested to add a second chacon mdt 507 device ?
I have tried more than 6 hours by now and all the channels combinations and the result is 0 !
Support doesn't help until now.
