Zipato Home Alarm Pro, How to ARM AWAY when no one at home based on location?

I could not figure out how to use mobile phones location to make ALARM STATE to ARM AWAY or, DISARM, ARM HOME.

So, as example how to make rule when no one is at home(mobile phones of every one are away from home) that my Zipato Alarm goes to ARM AWAY mode?

There is no IFTTT channel or connection to phone applications giving these location services like Familonet?

So, how it is possible to make that kind of rule, please give me your examples :)?

I think you can do that in several different ways. If you want to use the gps from your cel, I think you should use IFFFT and the maker channel or maybe also "tasker" for andorid should fit.

In my house I have a couple of rules, one is a scheduled rules that run every 10 min (you can change the value as you wish) and check if some motion sensor have detected motion or not. In case of no motion of all my sensors it increment a variable +1 (when any of my sensor is detecting motion the variable are setted to 0 by another rule).

Then I have another rule that check that variable and perform different action based on the variable value.

when variable change

If variable = 1 (that means that no-one is at home for 10 minutes)

action

If variable = 2 (means for 20 minutes)

action

and so on.

I use this variable to power off all the lights, to start the vacuum cleaner and to set the alarm to away etc etc.

Yes you can do it with:

-IFTTT

- maker (in ifttt) to send the request ifttt to zipato

-Life360 compatible IFTTT

With the 3 you can activate your alarm in the last part of the house and deactivate it when the first one returns to the house
