Zipato Indoor Siren stops making sounds
I have a Zipato indoor siren which is used:
1) As the siren for an alarm partition
2) In various rules to "Beep" or "Door Chime" to give audible feedback on the operation of the alarm
Recently the siren has been getting into a bad state. The siren stops making sounds: it doesn't respond to the alarm trip, the rules that I have set up or manual changes to SIREN_SOUND in the UI. There is not indication in the UI that there is anything wrong, it just doesn't make any sound. Today this happened some time after the alarm was tripped. Not sure exactly when as there was no one home to confirm if the alarm sounded or not.
To fix it, I have to pul the siren off the wall which triggers the tamper, wait for the siren to stop and then power the device down using the buttons on the back. As soon as I plug it back in, it works fine.
Any ideas on how to fix this?

Hi Milan, I have the same problem. I already had the latest beta and now uploaded to the box again. Issue still persists. Any sound I click always the siren beeps. Do you have any idea? Should I remove and include the device without the security communication?

Needless to say the worst thing is that sometime the siren beeps for a short time (1-3 seconds) and the beep is siren sound. You can imagine it is horrible eapecially when we watch TV or even worse when we are asleep.

I removed and reincluded the device after firmware upgrade and now it seems to work properly.
