In information about this product it is said that it can be used as a buzzer to inform that the house is armed, as an example here is the text from the wiki page:
- Mini Keypad RFID/Z-Wave has a buzzer, which can be used as walk-in/walk-out notification (alarm is being disabled/activated)
But how do I activate and configure this in the product?

The Wiki is wrong. You cannot use this device as a walk in buzzer.
You have to use another device configured as a squark.
As yet I have not found such device that can mimicthe beeps of a dedicated alarm :(
