Zipato MM single switch with meter - choosing a switch type

Hi guys,

Can someone tell me how to switch the wall switch mode/type to the Zipato single MM relay switch? I mean that by default the type of the switch that is connected to the Zipato MM single switch is a Bi-stable and we are using it with mono-stable or the so called momentory switches. There is not sufficient info in the manual and there is no such option in the settings menu of the device. I saw point 3.10 in the manual that is saying something about this problem, but not sure which parameter and where to put it.... This is not the case with the Zipato MM double relay, where you have such an option in a dropdown menu which you can use to switch the type of the wall switch you have installed....

This is the manual of the single switch: http://www.newagesystems.eu/resources/uploads/ZIPATO%20website/Single%20switch/ph-pan03%20-%20Zipato%20Micromodule%20Single%20Switch%20Max.Load%2011A%20User%20Manual%20v1.0.pdf

The same question is for the Zipato MM motor controller! How to choose the type of the installed switches?

Go to devices tab, click on z-wave, click on your single module, click on the setting button (the thing that looks like a cog) then click on configuration tab, there you should see a Switch type field. Mono or BI stable.

Yes, there should be, but in the single relay there is no such field :) In the double switch there is but here is missing.... That is why i was reading the manual and in its 3.10 it says that there are 3 parameters but they are not well explained and i am not sure where and what exactly to put in the settings....

Try to include it again to your zipabox. It is definitely there if fully included as I have one and it is fine. There are 3 options: mono, Bi and bi with Led

It is a Zipato MM single switch with meter? Can i try something else, like to add another Parameter like this one according to the manual -

Description - Pulse mode, Parameter 10, value 2 or 1 if the Pulse mode is 1st or second... | EDGE MODE, PULSE MODE AND EDGE-TOGGLE

MODE - 0,1,2 or 1,2,3 :)

Yes you can do this too. value 2 would be the option for a monostable switch, something like this. Hope this helps

Do you know what can cause the single switch to turn on byitself? There are no active scenes and no bindings between the relays and the installed sensors.... Did anyone expiriences this kind of problem so far?

no. this should not happen. Try reseting and rejoining the device. Or maybe the phyical button (the one used to include it into the controller) on the device itself is being pushed by something.
