zipato power module does not add new devices

I just installed the power module and don't see any of the power measurements I'm supposed to see : no new device were added.

I used 2 power clamps to track power consumption and none of them are displayed as new device.

What should I do ?

There are some problems with expansion modules.

You should just...

Power down box

Lose the adapter from the zipabox

Place powermodule in the slot (near the lights)

Connect the power wires to the power module

Power up the power module

This is exactly what I did but the power module does not show up in the zipabox.

And as always, there is no answer from the support website.

Is this company dying or they just don't care ?
