Zipato shutter inversion of close/open status

I have installed 3 Zipato shutter z-wave controllers. Two of them show 0% when closed, but one shows 100% when closed.

Is there an easy way to change the percentage of either the two or the one so that they are harmonized?

What else can I do? Interchange the two wires going to the motor? Do I need to dissociate the controllers and reassign them?

Any help how to solve this issues would be greatly appreciated!

The problem might be trivial - on shutter flush module you have a pin for UP button (noted as I1) and UP engine power output (Q1), the same is for DOWN button (I2) and DOWN engine power output (Q2). When you invert buttons and engine outputs everything works but from shutter module perspective the state is also opposite.

You can turn around your shutter button :) or reconnect cables.

If all shutters are closed, you want them all to have the same 'closed' icon in the app. So reconnect your cables to the module.

Thanks for both replies. Since I don't have a switch installed, I will probably just inverse the two cables to the motor at the switch itself.

Just to be sure: when I do this, is there a need to reassociate and recalibrate or am I just good to go?

Thanks! Great forum.
