Zipato Switch double is not showed in /devices/status API

Hi there,
I'm using API GET /devices/statuses to get online status of devices but the Switch double device is not showed there (other devices work properly, I also can control Switch double from Zipato mobile app). In the API GET /devices, it shows there. If I use API GET /devices/{uuid}/status, the API responses status of Switch double also. But I would like to use API GET /devices/statuses to get online status of all devices in 1 call. I did remove & pair that device, but it not work.
Is there any one here facing that problem? Is there any solution for this?
