zipato thermostat do not work peoperly in cooling mode

Hysteresis do not work for thermostat in cooling mode. If i set a target temperature in thermostat for cooling mode switch linked do not properly work. In my zipato i set 23.7°C but never temperature go down 23.7 because zipabox shut off switch linked to thermostat a lot of time. Need solve hysteresis function for cooling mode
