Zipato Wall Tablet & eQ-3 Max!

Hi,
Are devices from eQ-3 supported by Zipato Wall Tablet?
Anyone with experience working with these devices?
I'm interested in radiator valves from eQ-3, and need to know if they can be managed by the wall controller directly. Or maybe is the eQ-3 control "Cube" required?
