Zipato Zipatile upgrade

Hello, I bought a new one Zipato Zipatile, everything was working well but App OTA Upgrade offered me system update. I downloaded it via app and installed. Now if i lock the device by pressing the power button it locks/sleeps. If I want to use ZipaTile again I press the same button but I can see only grey stripes. However I can control it by touches. Only way how to work is to hold power button for few seconds-restarting device.
I am sure that happends after upgrade.

Hello Jan,
The issue which you are experiencing is a known issue. Your Zipatile is from a batch where some of them have a wrong Model Number in its system settings, which results in installing the wrong OTA version.
