Is it possible to reset Zipabox (to delete climat) ? and have a clean dashboard .

Currently it is still not available through the dashboard. It will be during the March. Meanwhile, if you like factory reset, you can send an email to support@zipato.com with:
username
password
serial number of the box
and of course, factory reset request.
We will do it very fast, but please make sure the box is online.

I had the same problem. (upgrading to 0.9.995)
after unplugging the power and plug in the power again
Factory reset was not needed. Why does the support department not mention this solution? (unplugging the power)
