how to find out the right stream URL for cameras?

Hello,
I just bought this great outdoor camera TV-IP310PI from Trendnet:
http://www.trendnet.com/products/proddetail.asp?prod=190_TV-IP310PI
The only problem is that i dont know how to choose the URLs for low/hi-quality stream / snapshot path ...
Any ideas? I opened case with the vendor but they dont know...
Also, is there a possibility to create Rules with motion detection events from the camera?
