Zipabox shows Green steady light but my.zipato.com says box is offline

This is a strange one.
Internet connection is fine. Zipabox shows permanently green LED.
But my.zipato.com says my zipabox is off line.
What could be wrong?

Can we please have advance warning when upgrades and maintenance is going on. This is vastly more important for Zipato owing to the cloud model being used.
