can i use this antenna to get beter range for my zipabox? zwave network?

Probably but z-wave philosophy really needs mains powered devices to build a mesh.
If your battery powered sensors are not in range then the only solution is to add in the mains powered stuff. Repeaters/Switches/Relays etc will all do the job for you
I had this very issue since I was trying to create a system that just had sensors and a controller. It was all very frustrating
I purchased four mains powered switches and now all the sensors are stable.

i know that would help too but, i've got 2 door sensors, front and back door (wireless, fibaro) zipabox is right in the middle and i can't see both, they're just about 10 meters away...
