Difficulties with UI or handle devices after any settings change, try reload browser window.

I'm not sure, if it is problem at all, but sometimes very confusing. Info anyway.
Noticed, if i make any change in settings, after that there is missing icons and non-functional devices. Even, if you make a new scene, ie. "all off" for some switches, after that any switch won't work at all, or not work correctly. Or if i change switch "type" to "light" or "plug(in)", it shows only [?]. Reloading browser correcting this. In old UI, where still can make bindings between devices, new made bindings seems to need also page reload.

I can confirmed this problem. Many times I have to reload the browser to see the changes I made. For example hide/unhide. I also see the '?" as an icon ather changing the type. Reloading solves this.
In the old UI the sync button lights when sync needs to be done. In the new UI is is not lighting on anymore
