Can not join plug ZW075-C16

Probem joining this plug ZW075-C16
The interface just hangs at "Device found - processing"
Is there a solution?

I have exactly the same problem. I have tried new and old interface (and even the phone). I reset the unit before I
tried to connect it. I have tried restarted my Zipato box. I have
approx 20 cm distance between the units.
I have sucessfully joined a device like this (ZW075-C16) before, but now I
can't.
PS: I just sucessfully joined a Z-Wave ZP3102 motion detector without any problems
