Valve Controller gr-105 problem

Hi all,

I bought and installed a gr-105 in December 2019 and it has been working with no problems until earlier today, my Vera Plus displayed the message that the “Device cannot be found”. I tried to actuate it in the Vera and it wouldn’t. Checking it, it displays a blinking blue light which I have never seen it doing.

I tried to unpair it, following the manual, but it didn’t respond to that, tried to factory-reset it, didn’t respond, it just blinks the blue light. It does open and close by pressing the button.

Any suggestions?

It appears you are confused. The gr-105 is a Zipato product: https://www.zipato.com/product/valve-controller

You have to exclude and include the device, but do not press 3 times as described in the description. Please make 3 double clicks while excluding and including = on/two + on/two + on/two
