Problem between Zipabox and Oregon Scientific THGR122NX

Hi,
I'm a Zipabox's french user.
I use Oregon Scientific THGR122NX probes with Climat Widget.
I have 3 Climat Widget with 3 probes for 3 rooms.
Occasionally, Zipabox has stopped reading data from 1 probes during 1 or 2 days then reading again without reason.
Therefore Climat Widget doesn't work.
Can you help me to solve my problem ?

You can try changing communication channel, changing the batteries, bringing probe closer to the Zipabox and avoiding possible interference.

The batteries are new.
The probes pilot different Climat Widget in different room, it's impossible to bring its closer to the Zipabox.
I will change communication channel but i'm not convinced....
The problem is aleatory.

And because Zipabox read date again without reason.
I think it's a problem of communication but which problem ?

I tested the sensor with a station but I could not connect sensor with station.
But sensor work again with Zipabox.
It's an another sensor (THN132N) which does not work now and last week, a THGR122NX sensor does not work with the Zipabox during 2 days and work again at once
It's incomprehensible.....

I have radio remote for my A/V amplifier and for my TV (but I don't receive TV with a Internet box, just with a simple TNT decoder).
I'm very disappointed in Oregon sensor with Zipabox. It's not successful !!
And no Zipato's programmer take seriously the problem

Same problem for me site THGR122NX since an update in octobre 2014, before all my 9 were working Well with Zipabox
