Astro rule is not working for me, what am I doing wrong?

I guess Im doing something wrong, but I dont know what.
I have created a when rule, and entered an astro schedule with actions that should turning on or off a switch. This is not working for me!
Its cinda frusting that a simple rule like that does not work, what am I missing?
