Hello

For 1 week, there are no more events historized in the cloud database.

All registered components are impacted.

Despite the update, the restart of the box, etc.

There have been no changes to the setting.

What for?

Depuis 1 semaine, il n'y a plus d'évènements historisés dans la base de données du Cloud.

Tous les composants enregistrés sont impactés.

Malgré la mise à jour, le redémarrage de la box, etc.

Il n'y a eu aucune modification du paramétrage.

Pourquoi ?

Hello,

Due to server issues device logging and syncing wasn't working. It is resolved now so you should see forthcoming events/reading . If there is an issue left please submit individual tickets. Apologies for the inconvenience.
