Hello , i have bought on ebay.de zipato tablet in article tablet was as new but i think that it was in use, now i can not find serial number , it do not have preinstaled zipato app, if tablet once was restored to factory setting the app can be deleted? What can i do to restore the serial number, if any way to used this tablet?

you can only add Z-Wave devices on your tablet, if you still have this issue please open a ticket at support.zipato.com and we will look into it.
