Pb with Zipamicro FW and V3

Hello,
I currently have a problem with my Zipamicro :
I mistakenly removed the server from my zipamicro, which was working perfectly with version V3. And now, when I want to remove the server, the system tell me the firmware was unknow or older.
How I can manually update the FW please.
