Cannot connect in wall connector to power supply

Hi,
i was trying to connect the H7 pigtail to my power supply. It won´t connect even if i push it a bit "harder".
Is there any change to get a new one?
The the space in the plugs is to small, so the pins of the power supply wont fit in.
Any other guys who got the sam problem?

I know what you mean. I had the same problem. I ended up using the Eu plug and connected this to it. obviously it was a larger version so the EU pins fit through the hole.
