Hue and Rules not working

I have a Hue bulb which I can manage with the control panel of zipato, but I cannot with rules.

I have made an rule which when an Actuator (Fibaro switch) turns on, to turn on the bulb. But nothing happens.

Any help would be appreciated

Did you sync on right side of dashboard?

Yes, I do have 10 rules, I synced waited also some time etc...

I upgraded on 1.1.23 and they didn't work, I added the same hue bulb to a virtual switch and seemed to work after that also the normal switch began working.

Strange eh?

Hi,

I control 3 x RGB and 2 x White Hue bulbs already with rules. I run FW 1.0.17. Maybe you need to first toggle ON and then set brightness/color. I do this in my rules. See attached

Open a ticket. Your firmware need downgrade to official 1.0.17.
