webcam endpoint

With new firmware 0.9.961 dlink camera looks working.
How can I use it in rules creator ? when configuring the camera in the endpoints I cannot see "webcam".
I believe that this is the reason I cannot use it in the rules creator

Currently there are no real use for camera in Rules creator so it is not visible there.
Soon we will implement action to take a snapshot and send it to FTP.
