Anyone else having problems upgrading to latest official firmware (1.1.38)?

Hi all,
I noticed there is a new firmware but I cannot upgrade my zipabox, it always send me the "failed firmware update" message if I try clicking on "upgrade". And if I try from settings, load latest official firmware it loads 1.1.35, is anyone else having this issue?
