Need Answer

i delete my device in my security module how i get it back

i hardreset my box but nothing happen

Do you need to recreate device? I have no idea. Did the device automatically appear when you first installed the security module?

You can definitely raise a ticket with support.zipato.com I have read somewhere a post how to use the security module. Have you seen this:

yeah but doesn't help me i cant do anything with my security module it s empty no zone to controle

by my fault i delete the section :(
