Danfoss Living Connect Binding issue

Hi,
When I try to bind my Danfoss Living Connect, I have a message saying that the device has been detected but then joining is unsuccessful. (the device seems to be binded because I need to reset it if I want to re-bind it)
Could you please help me ?

This issue has been solved by switching to the rule genertor and back before adding a device ... still really strange.
