Rules copy/paste

Hi,
It would help a lot to be able to copy/paste a rule in a new one that we would have to modify in a little way to get it work.

Take an old rule and select edit, select a new WHEN and you can drag the prev rule, change it and save a new one... Not copy, but pretty close
